Third time a charm? Help with TosRus video problem

  • I’ve literally been asking for help on this problem for months: no response here or on dFactory support site (some of the worst support ever!)

    Using the TosRus lightbox, videos do not display. If I switch to the Swipebox lightbox, videos display fine. However, we need the TosRus thumbnail capabilities for slideshows elsewhere on the site.

    When clicking on a video, the overlay screen (and the title) appear, but the video does not. Inspecting the code, this is what I see (an empty iframe):

    Please look into this issue. I’ve researched TosRus, and it does supposedly support videos, but something is broken when used as part of this plugin.
