The mighty have fallen and fallen hard

  • I’ve used this plugin for years and 2018 has not been kind to Social Warfare or it’s users. Since v3.0 hit, it’s been nothing but one site breaking problem after another. It’s so frustrating because support has been sketchy, even though I’m using the paid upgrade.

    The plugin has been broken for me since the beginning of June 2018 and there has been no progress towards resolving it. I’ve gone to extraordinary lengths to assist, including complete access to my server, WordPress installation and even allowed them to clone my entire site. They seem to be a very small team and they are very nice but nice will only take you so far when you are paying for a broken product.

    I’m forced to use a much older version in order to have a working plugin, that I pay yearly for. There isn’t a plugin out there that can compete with Social Warfare but sadly, I will no longer recommend it to anyone.

    I know that you have had problems over the past few months, and for that, I truly do apologize. I know our dev team tried their best to figure out the issue with your website, but it seems that it was just incompatible. I believe we have already refunded you, so all I can offer now is our apologies.
