Why deleted image can still be displayed?

For the wordpress in my local network.
cat /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1	localhost
127.0.1.1	hwy.hwy	hwy

::1     localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters
127.0.0.1  hwy.local
127.0.0.1  www.hwy.local

Local ip is 192.168.31.52.

sudo rm -rf /var/www/html/wp/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/e1-724x1024.jpg
I have deleted the image in
/var/www/html/wp/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/e1-724x1024.jpg
.

Now to reboot my pc.
why to input https://hwy.local/wp/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/e1-724x1024.jpg
in firefox can still display a image?
