Great plugin; received excellent customer service as a free user!

Popup Builder has been an excellent choice for the basic popup needs of my site. As someone with little knowledge of how to create modals (popups), I appreciate the ability to create them quickly and easily with this plugin. And while the recent release of Version 3 made my popups temporarily unavailable, the customer support and development team at Synagoos was quick to restore them to their original functionality (even better, as I immediately noticed some improvements in the new version).

I think two days is a pretty good total turn-around, considering that I use the free version. They responded to my ticket within a couple of hours and were in constant contact with me until my issue was remedied. After this experience, I will definitely consider an upgrade should the demands of my site design become more complex.
