    Hi

Thank you for your interest in WP-HR Manager.

I have checked a couple of test versions and this seems to be working fine, so we need to look for the issue locally, on your installation.

I suggest you first try uninstalling and reinstalling. Then check for plugin and theme conflicts. If that does not reveal the problem we can move on to other things.

Let me know how you get on.

I have reinstalled the plugin and when I tried to activate it, I got an interval server error. But then when I checked in the admin panel for the installed plugin it was activated. However I have the same error for the WPHR Manager-> OverView and the WPHR Leaves -> Holidays

    Error message:
    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Please let me know what should be my next steps. I am new to wordpress

    Thanks for the reply.

You don’t mention checking for a plugin or theme clash? Did you try switching off all your other plugins and seeing if the error resolved? Then switch them on again one at a time and see when the error recurs – that would help identify a plugin clash. If that does not reveal anything, try switching to a standard WordPress theme and see if that resolves the issue – and might point us toward a theme related problem.

This error message suggests it may be something in your set up and might not be specific to the plugin. There is a good guide to some of the possible issues here:

    Hi

I’ve not heard from you on this so am assuming it’s resolved and I can close the thread.

    Best wishes,

    Paul

    HI Paul

I have tried to update the plugin but it gives me the white screen of death… I tried deactivating all plugins (I only had 2 active before) but it didnt help. I am not sure what you would suggest?

    Hi

Did you see any error message at all?

    Paul

    Hi Paul

No error unfortunately just straight to white screen. I tried to delete the plugin and reinstall it but the same thing happened. I wonder if it is something to do with the php?

Thanks for all your help and response.

I think a bunch of files did not upload to WordPress correctly. I am uploading a revised version – 0.1.8.3 – which should be available in a few minutes – to see if this resolves the issue.

    Hi

If you can see an update to version 0.1.8.4 please try installing that. It clears the issue on my test site so should do so for you.

Yes that worked for me too! thank you!
