TOC with Link builder

    Hi,

    thank you for all your work that went into this plugin!

    I’m trying to generate a TOC on a post. If I check the box to insert a TOC and update the post, the checkmark is just gone. And no TOC appears. If I set to auto-insert a TOC in the settings, it shows up.

    Do you have an idea what I might do differently?
    I’m using the Enfold Theme and an advanced layout builder.
