Emails don’t go

  • Hi,
    The email with the download link doesn’t reach the user. Why is this happening?

    Also the email id doesn’t get saved in the backend.

  • I got the same issue just now and I fixed by setting up the name and ID of the CF7 email feild to default “your-email”. No idea why

    Same issue here.
    I tried with the default ‘your-email’ in CF7 as @03amaterasu said but still not working.
    Any other idea will be welcome.

    Strange enough. To make sure things were going okay, I tested in a clean install if the emails at least are being sent. If it is and you did my step, then I don’t think I know how to help further :/
