Use to be great

  • This use to be a great plugin. Now most of the minimal must have functionality has been moved to paid version. This is now pretty much a demo for the paid version not a light version of a premium product. Also with every upgrade recently you have re setup and configure the plugin install. Not cool. the working version at the time of writing is $130 + ongoing support every 6 months (optional support?).

    On a positive it is easy to use and whatever functionality left in the “demo” (this plugin) version does seem to work ok. Also the documentation seems fairly good.

    Thank you so much for the review & appreciate your suggestions!

    We are continuously trying to improve the quality & functionality of our plugin. Yes, you are right that users have faced the issue only with the last 3 updates regarding the re-setup of the plugin & it’s only because with the last 3 updates we have done some major changes in the plugin like moved from legacy GA script to “gtag.js” & add the privacy policy of the plugin.

    Additionally, we haven’t moved any core functionality to the premium version, all the core functionalities are as it is from the beginning.

    Change is always painful but at the end, it’s for something good.

    Highly appreciate your suggestions & reviews & now onwards users will not face the re-setup issue with the plugin.
