    Are you getting an error message when you try to attach a file?

    Also, if you open your browser console, do you see any javascript errors?

    Thanks for sending the image but that doesn’t really help. Maybe you can make a quick video to illustrate what you’re seeing?

    No how is this resolved?? I didn’t answer because your answer didn’t address or solve the issue. I’ve made you lots of videos in the past of other bugs in your plugin but you never helped after I gave those videos either. Please go to the link I originally provided and test for yourself and you will see the issue.

    If you don’t respond to a thread we have to assume that the issue is resolved or the thread was abandoned – either one is a cause for closing it.

    Regarding our first response on this, we asked for additional information which was not provided. Your initial image was just a screen shot which only showed the ticket screen and no other information. So we asked for additional data which you haven’t provided yet.

    You said you made additional videos but if you did, we don’t see them in this thread?

    I made videos for you in the past to no avail. If you really want to and care to help then please visit the link provided and try to open a ticket and upload a picture yourself. You will see the issue and then you can provide some real help. Otherwise I stand by my review

    Hi:

    You’ve provided a 1 star review for a plugin that you’re obviously extremely unsatisfied with. Since you’re no longer using the plugin (I assume you’re no longer using it since it only deserves one star) there is no point in us continuing to attempt to resolve this issue.
