• The writers of the documentation and CRM emails for this product make using it fun and cute. If you have a very basic need for scheduling where things don’t get too complex, this can be a very reliable solution for you.

One shortcoming of using Acuity is that your clients will have to register / log in separately for the booking service in addition to your WP site (if you have premium content or private pages for them). This is cumbersome and confusing to many of my clients.

When multiple locations, calendars, and service providers start to get complicated, help is nowhere to be found. I have placed two inquiries in the past week with no response to either and there is no phone or chat support.

I have to go elsewhere, my clients can’t keep waiting to book appointments.
