I’m getting two problems with wordpress

Here’s what I’m getting at the top of my homepage:

If you have just configured HTTP Redirection then your DNS is already changed but it may take up to 60 seconds for your redirection to go live.
If you have just recently removed your HTTP Redirection then your DNS is already changed on the name server but your system (computer) still has this IP (the redirection IP) cached. Please give this up to one hour before it is completely removed from your local cache.
If you have not just recently configured or changed your HTTP Redirection then you may be seeing this page for one of the following reasons:

the page has been improperly configured (you may have a loop in your configuration)

or the account has expired.

I don’t understand what it means. Can someone here help me.

Also, the only way I can upload an image to the server is if I place the wp-content folder to 777. This will create a security problem.
