    Greetings –

I am using a form created by the Beaver Builder plugin. When testing the opt-in using Stop Spam email, it still goes through. Is this supported, or did I not set something up correctly ?? ?

    Thanks!
    Paul.

    Hello, Paul.

    Thank you for your request.

Please, make sure that the option “Custom contact forms” is enabled:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Custom contact forms” to “Yes” —> Save Changes.

    It should solve the problem.

    Your CleanTalk Control Panel: [ https://cleantalk.org/my/ ].

    Best regards.

    Thanks for the reply, SergeM!

I had the option, “Custom contact forms” already set to “Yes” and I am still getting spam opt-ins.

The option, “Protect external forms” however, is currently set to “No.” Should this be set to “yes” since the form ultimately gets sent to Infusionsoft?

    Thanks for any assistance!

    Thank you for your feedback.

Then yes, please, set “Protect external forms” to “Yes” as well if the form sends data to another website.

You can test the form with this blacklisted e-mail (log out from administrator first):
    [email protected]

    Kind regards.
