• Hi, Tom!
Installed the plugin (it seems like everything went well, he installed). However, when attempting to activate it, error 502 flies out. The site is accessible by the https protocol (however, the latter is installed with the help of a crutch in ntksess. Can be from here the problem?). How can I fix it?
    Thanks!

That’s strange – can you check your error_log file for any specific errors?

There are no errors. This may be due to the fact that https is not properly configured?

Not sure if that would cause a 502.

Have you checked with your hosting? They might have better error reporting.

Unfortunately, I can not check with my hosting right now.

Do you have another host you can test on?

We haven’t received any reports of this error, so I’m thinking it might be related to your current server.

Yes, i have installed and activated plugin on another server (but not https!).

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner!

Are you still having this issue on that one server? https vs http shouldn’t matter (and definitely won’t cause a 502).

Unfortunately, yes, the problem has not gone away. From the logs I found out that there was an error
[core:notice] [pid 580] AH00051: child pid 589 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /etc/apache2

Hmm, that doesn’t seem like a coding error. Are there any other errors in there?

    No other errors…
