• Hi,

We want to sell a product in United States in US dollar, but doesn’t use currency exchange. We sell tickets to US in fixed prices and want to be paid in US dollar. The default location and currency is CAD and all other tickets are sold in CAD. But only a few products should be in USD only. Even if they are bought from Canada, they must be paid in USD.

So I found the Woocommerce Multi currency that has fixed price in USD. However it is not working well. In Product page, where it has the currencies, it shows the USD field but first it has a red bar that I assume it means it is not working. Second if I don’t set the CAD field, the USD price doesn’t show on the site either.

Any insight as why it is not working please? Thanks

  • Hello wordpressme,
I’m sorry that will not be possible to sell some product in USD only like that.
2nd problem, the price for default is required for WooCommerce to work. If there is not price in default currency, WooCommerce will hide the Add to Cart button

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I wish there was a way to have separate currencies without exchanging.

I guess only way is to have two separate site for that, one working in CAD, one using USD!!!
