No ‘home intro’ with Child theme

Hello,

I developed a bit of a new site with this theme and it looks nice (thanks for the theme!!). When I decided that I liked the theme I decided to make a child theme so my changes won;t go away when i update.

Anyway, after using the child theme, many features like “header images”, “services” etc had to be reinserted again. Not big problem.

However, the “Home Intro” no longer works with my child theme. The images and text does not show on the home page. I tried deleting (from the server!) of the image and added it again with a new upload of a different image, but nothing works.

Any ideas?? I do not feel comfortable using a theme with no child theme!
