Media View Issue

    So i have been having this problem with my website about media upload and not able to see the most recent uploads during “Grid view”. When i change to “list view” im able to see my newly uploaded images. I went though and ruled out my theme for my website and then went plugin by plugin to verify which one is causing the issue. When awesome support is not active im able to view all of my newly uploaded media in the Grid view. The reason this is a problem when i upload new media and want to attached it to an awesome support ticket it only shows the Grid view so when i need to attach a photo it will not display my most recent uploaded photos

    Hi:

    So, to clarify, if you disable all plugins and switch your theme to one of the basic WP themes like 2015 or 2016, you can’t view newly uploaded media when adding to a ticket?

    There are a couple of things that I am curious about:

    1. How do you have access to the media button when adding a reply to a ticket? The media button isn’t usually available in a ticket.

    2. Would it be possible to create a quick video showing the steps you’re going through to replicate the issue? If you don’t want to post the link publicly you can send a link to us via our contact form and reference this thread. If possible can you please create the video with all other plugins disabled and the theme set to 2017?
