Can’t Finalise Booking

  • I have set up all the plugin and when I get to the last part and press finalise a round loading icon just keeps going around and the browser states ” https://www.lillibuffs.co.uk says error ”

    Also no email is received to the clients inbox but the booking does go through to backend and is under bookings.

    What could be the problem?

    I have figured out there is a conflict with this plugin > WP Mail SMTP

    Any fix?

    I’ve installed that plugin but I didn’t get any error.. could you double check?

    Just an FYI I am using also Wp Mail SMTP with Salon and it works with the plugin. So I can say it is not a conflict between them. Otherwise the configuration in WP Mail SMTP perhaps? Are you able to send a test email from the WP Mail SMTP test?

    Hi,

    So the moment I activate the salon plugin its conflicts with WP Mail SMTP in the authorisation part which stop emails being sent.

    Under authorisation in WP Mail SMTP once salon plugin is activated it states:

    Hi,

    are you using two different API credentials? one for Salon Booking and one for WP Mail SMTP ?

    Hi,

    This happens from the moment I activate the plugin, I don’t set any settings in the salon plugin to use calendar ect yet or anything to do with Google.

    The moment I click activate it causes the above conflict.
