New Item button not showing

I cannot find the “new advertising item” button after creating the campaign.
No JS error, last wordpress version, last plugin version
Tested in IE, Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Is there a link to create de item (https://mysite/plugin/cmpopup/createitem.htm?campaign=xxxx, for example) to bypass this error meanwhile a solution is not implemented ?
