Works perfectly, excellent support

The wordpress plugin just does what it should, is very well integrated into Worpress and the media browser. Image quality Lossy is usually OK, but sometimes Glossy would be more adequate (e.g. small dark objects on a medium dark background, like birds in front of a gray cloud, get a white fringe). Would be great if this situation could be detected automatically (by AI/ML?) and make the compressor switch from Lossy to Glossy.

Support is excellent, helpful and fast: I had two problems — a severe one which prevented me from using the plugin at all, and a minor one, which caused comparison before/after to not work. ShortPixel’s support solved both problems in very short time, even answering my emails during the weekend.
