Plugin seems to have stopped working

I’ve used this plugin for a long time, with great success. However, it seems to be no longer working with the latest version of WordPress. At least temporarily, I have used Contact Form 7’s own ability to pick up the GET variable from a URL, but that means I have to put it into a form field, instead of having it passed as a hidden variable. Are there any plans to update the plugin?
