Blog published but not posted

What do you mean by “it has not posted”?

When I “published it” it has always immediatly shown up on my blog URL. It wasn’t there this time.

(I just started this, so I’m still learning)

I’m sorry but I’m having a problem envisaging your problem. You’ve set up a WordPress blog. Presumably you’ve published at least 1 post, yes? What is happening now that has you worried? Can you post a link to your site/blog here so we can see it?

So, you mean that normally, when you publish a post, it shows up immediately on your site. (ok, expected result)
But that this time there was a problem, and when you published, it did not show up.

Right?

Assuming this is right, there is several things which can go wrong. Are you sure you did publish it (did you not save it as draft, or something)? Are you going through a fixed url proxy (one of the things I experienced)? Do your posts show up in the admin interface afterward?

You could start by explaining any changes were made either on the site itself, or to the environment (used another computer…).

Also check if you did not accidently schedule the post rather than just publishing it…
