A promising plugin…..

Sorry you’re having trouble with the plugin. I’m not having either of those issues on my end, so it may just be a hiccup with the versions of Gutenberg or Atomic Blocks or the cache.

Do you have the latest version of Gutenberg (3.2.0) and Atomic Blocks (1.2.2) installed? If so, try doing a hard refresh or cache clear on your browser. I’ve seen issues pop up where javascript from previous versions can get lodged in the browser. So give it a few hard refreshes to see if that helps.

I am using Gutenberg (3.2.0) and Atomic Blocks (1.2.2).

I am also using UMatrix in Firefox to selectively block specific sources of JS. But have it setup so that it allows WP to function fully.

But I switched to Opera which I do not have set to control JS and the same issue is happening.

Tried IE and same issue…..

Changed title of issue to be less critical ??

Thanks for sending over those details! UMatrix would definitely cause some issues but sounds like it’s happening on a few browsers for you. Are you getting any console errors on the post/page edit screens where you are using the blocks?

Not sure what you mean by console error (is this a screen within WP?) but if you mean Browser > Right click > Inspect Element > Console I am seeing this:

Also after a Save i am able to edit title field but the title is not saved….

Which is the page the JS errors seems to apply to…..

This seems like it could be an issue with your WordPress configuration. We have a lot of people using Atomic Blocks and I haven’t seen an issue like that pop up yet. Not to say it’s not possible, but we would have more reports of it not working from other users by now.

It could also be an issue with your WordPress host. There are a lot of variables at stake when it comes to the new JS powered Gutenberg.

One last thing I can think of is perhaps there’s a conflict with another plugin. What happens if you disable all plugins but Atomic Blocks and clear your cache? Does it work then?

Is this a live site? If so, maybe we could log in and take a look around.

I am with A2 Hosting and they are pretty good in understanding and supporting WP so I will assume for now it is not them….

I disabled all other Gutenberg plugins and still have the issue.

It is just a test/muck around online site – if you would like to give me an email address I am happy to give you an admin account on it…..

Sorry but after discussion with client I cannot give you access to site even the dev site.

I will assume the issue is caused by something on my end and marking this issue as Resolved….
