Restrict editing page languages per user

Good morning,

I have a client who requires different content for each language. They would like each language on pages to be managed by a different user account. Each of these accounts should only have access to the language they are editing and should not be able to edit another language for a page. (E.g content moderator for Chinese should only be able to change Chinese pages and have no access to English or Polish, for example).

Is this functionality possible?
