General Settings Color Options Not Usable

Hey,

I have used your plugin on several sites and love it! In building a new site for my business, I installed the plugin again. However, when I went to change the color settings, they were not accessible at all (i.e. no button to click to choose color). I am using the same Genesis theme (Altitude Pro) as the other sites where the options are showing correctly.

I tried disabling/re-enabling and uninstalling/re-installing the plugin, but the color options still do not show up.
