    I am getting the following error from button.js both when using gravity forms or trying to use the short code.

    Uncaught ReferenceError: ccbMetadataAvailable is not defined

    Changing to another theme and back again corrected the issue for me.

    @juhl, thanks for the update and good that these steps resolved the problem.

    It didnt work for us. We are still unable to use the plugin. We tried it with different themes, on different sites, and we are still getting this error.
