• I came across a bug in the plugin after buying the pro version as I wanted to use the multi currency functionality.

    However, when using variable products if one variant is available in one currency but not in another, the price doesn’t display correctly, default Woocommerce functionality would display ‘Unavailable’, but it displays the incorrect price instead.

    Support were very quick to respond to my initial request for help but after their first suggestion doesn’t solve the issue they go quiet for weeks and weeks. After sending numerous emails and getting no response I’ve had enough. I will be asking for a refund as the plugin just doesn’t work in some cases, unfortunately the one I need.

    UPDATE
    After leaving this review the plugin developers got in touch and apologised for the delay getting back to me. I have now been issued a refund and so I will increase my review to 2 stars due to their good customer service.

  • Support is generally very responsive (within 1-2 days) and sending a reminder helps.
    About the bug; working with variable products AND working with Booster modules will not always be bug free. But support is great.
