Cannot locate where to add channels

    I am not seeing where to add channels. I see a box that indicates no channels created yet, but I can’t find where to add them.

    You don’t have to create channels. Place the following shortcode in your page or post:
    [wise-chat channel="my-channel-name"]

    The channel will be created during the first usage and it will be added to the list of channels on Wise Chat Settings page in the Channels tab.

    Ok, thank you. How then, would I add multiple channels in one chat window and can one of the channels be private and password-protected?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, there is no option to open multiple channels in a single chat window.
