Multiple services are booked at once

    Hi,

    I’ve been testing the plugin and so far it looks good. Great job!
    However, I created a form with booking calendar and added 3 different services.

    When I book a time slot for service 1, the other 2 services are also booked.
    Meaning, the same time slot for all 3 services are booked together.

    Is this normal? If not, could you guide me in the right direction for booking every service separately?

    Hi,

    The services in the same calendar share the time availability, so if you book the time for one service, that time will be no longer available for other services.

    If you have three services with different availability then use a different calendar for each service. If you are using the free version of the plugin you can locate each calendar in a different booking form.

    If you have a commercial version of the plugin there is another was to do that: use the conditional logic, so you can add a drop-down for selecting the service and display the related calendar depending of the option selected in the drop-down.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick response.
    I’ll look into the separate calendar option, but I think I’ll buy the commercial version as well since this seems to be a nicer way of displaying just one calendar for booking purposes.
