JSON API disabled after every WP core update

    I have noticed that every time the WP core gets updated the Jetpack plugin remains activated and working BUT the JSON API function gets deactivated this causes my app to crash, but I have notice this as a recurrent error and will like to know what is the best place to report this issue.
