More then 5 Slides problem

We installed the SlideDeck3 and megabundle and we cant get more than 5 slides. When trying it says upgrade, and we followed the link and the megabundle was sold to us (twive now) and installed. We have emailed supported several times to no avail. Anyone know how to get more than 5 slides or recommend another plugin? Thanks, Rick Cass https://www.indyarms.com
