Galleries don’t appear on iphone

    None of my envira galleries are working/appearing on iphone. Any posts that use the envira shortcode also do not pull up the galleries. What should I do? I have latest version of wordpress and also of envira plugin. Please advise, and thank you!!!

    Are you on the free version or the paid version of Envira? If the latter, make sure to ask for support from the official website.

    If on the free version, I can continue to assist you here.

    It looks like you’re using the X theme, which may be causing jQuery conflicts. Would it be possible for you to temporarily switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme in order to rule out the theme as being the cause of the issue?
