Subscribe Checkbox Duplicated on Checkout Page

    I recently updated MailChimp and Woocommerce plugins. Now there are two subscribe checkboxes on my checkout page. I turned off the MailChimp integration with Woocommerce checkout and only one subscribe checkbox disappears. How do I delete the other so that I only have one subscribe checkbox on my checkout page?
