Authentication Failed

  • Hi, I’m using your plugin, everything was working just fine with test credentials so I asked fedex for production credentials, but when I entered those, I started getting Authentication error, so I contacted Fedex and they told me that the rate services and the address validation services were activated for my account, I keep getting that error even though my credentials are correct, so I went to your site and used the test fedex credentials you provide for troubleshooting and those didn’t work either, what can I do to correct this? I really hope you can help me.
