XAMPP & Expression Web 2 Setup Advice Needed

  • Anyone know if there is such a guild on how to get Expression Web 2 work with the dynamically generated WP PHP pages in a local XAMP+WP environment? Currently I can only cut and paste the output pages of a remote WP site to EW2 and modify the embeded .css link to get it point to a local copy then modify from there. With this approach, only rearrangement of css elements are possible, any add or delete of css elements have to modify from the .php pages but how can I get EW2 to work on the .php pages is the question. I believe this should be possible with a local setup of XAMMP+WP but how?
