  • Hi there,

Can you please verify below conditions :

Please make sure you have followed and completed installation/update process. This notice should be visible in your backend.
Please insert [wp_support_plus] on selected support page.
You have selected correct page in support plus settings(Support Plus > General > Support Page).

Yes that is correct. Did that, in addition to that, I have also refreshed all cache.
Added the button too and not appearing. It is out putting the actual “[wp_support_plus]” shortcode as is.

If you are using theme integration setting, it may be conflicting with your theme or another plugin.

To identify this, please deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue exists.

If the issue stops after disabling a plugin, the conflict is there.

As a workaround please recheck issue without using theme integration setting. For this please go to Support Plus > General > General Settings > Theme Integration > set NO for user roles.

Let us know how you go.

I had the same result, pay attention to the notification link in your admin (I did not see it for the first minutes). It is very important to follow the 5 setup pages first. It’s only clicking yes/next whats needed 5 times ??
