#100 – Unsupported get request

Can everyone please try and go to the facebook options page of our plugin and click the button to get a Page Access token. Make sure you are the admin of the facebook page feed you are trying to show. Make sure after doing that if you have not already that you go to the Settings > Global Options tab of of our plugin and set the cache time for 1 day. Then delete the cache. If your feed does not show right away it could be hitting facebooks new API rate limits, wait an hour or 2 and check to see if the feed is visible. We’ll be updating our error message to reflect some of these recent changes that are impacting the facebook feed our plugin.

been working without issue for a while now
stopped working around 24 hours ago.
went in to settings, changed to 1 day cache. flushed cache, still no dice.
It did work briefly but was showing visitor posts when the shortcode was set to page posts only but very quickly went back to error 100.

Ok so this is a change that facebook made. Another privacy issue. We can’t show links to personal profiles in the text that shows up next to a name… ie.. Blackberry Creek Mini Farm is with Lne WalLker and Wallker Wallker.

The work around at the moment is to go to the Facebook Options page of our plugin and select no next to the option that says “Text after your FB name“… it’s under the Global Facebook Style Options section of the page.

Let me know how it goes. We’ll push an update today or tomorrow to fix the issue so you don’t have to select the option if you install the plugin on another site.

Sorry I take that back. We will need to do an update to fix this problem. We should have this updated later today if not sooner. Keep everyone posted.

Spencer please note it happens for all posts even if no other personal profiles are included (tagged) just trying to figure out why it was working until the last WordPress and Plugin updates that were not related to any facebook updates.

Anticipating the fix asap as my site has been down for over a week now.

Does it also happen with premium and is there like a lifetime affordable option for licensing if all that is used is one feed? – I only use the facebook pages feed as I have other plugins to handle other things.

But FTS is the only one I have found that does what I need for updating WordPress with my posts from facebook to let me take care of my farm with out having to update multiple sites. I really love the plugin but when it breaks it breaks me too especially in summer lots of animals to care for.

?? I think we found the problem. Try updating to the latest version 2.4.3, and empty the cache from our plugin. Individually if anyone else has questions please email us at support @ slickremix.com or start a new thread.
