• Nick – opened wordpress admin to find a system message: “Your WordPress-to-Lead settings are not complete. You must enter your Salesforce.com Organization ID for it to work.”

All Brilliant forms and plugin settings are gone.

This is the 2nd time i ~ 6 months we’ve seen this. Restore to earlier version resolved the first time it happened but reaching out to you first before we do so again.

    No other updates/upgrades to site/environment.

    Appreciate your recommendations for resolution.

This can happen if your web host trims large options… or if the plugin option gets corrupted by something else (often a search/replace).

Restoring the option data is the quickest way to restore it. I’m planning an export/import function, and have a branch that uses Custom Post Types and Post Meta to store options, but finding time to merge it all together, test, and release has been a challenge this summer (my agency/the job that pays my bills is slammed with work).

I’d suggest you restore, remove any unused forms to reduce the option size and ask your web host if they trim large options to determine if that is the culprit.

I’ll let you know once v3.x is released which will fix this for good.
