    Hi,

Thank you for writing to us. There’s no code vulnerability known to us regarding this feature and this issue has never been reported before. When a new user is created and has not yet uploaded a custom profile image, user’s default image is generated based on two options:

    1) If you have turned on Gravatar here: ProfileGrid > Global Settings > General > ‘Enable Gravatar’, then the default image will be fetched from user’s Gravatar profile. If user does not has a Gravatar image, Gravatar will assign a random default image.

Or if Gravatar is off, then:

    2) Default Profile Image option in ProfileGrid > Global Settings > User Accounts. Here you can set the default image to be shown whenever a new profile is created. Please check if the image set here is not the same image you are seeing right now. You can change it to something more generic. By default ProfileGrid sets this as a grey generic user icon which admins can change later.

If both of these options are set as expected, please share screenshot of the profile image you are seeing.
