Adding an image for different category posts

Hey everyone!
I’m wondering if it’s possible to set WP so that it displays a small image in the title line based on a chosen category.
An example is the news update section at https://nicole-online.net – see how there are different images depending on the category? I post an update for “design” and the corresponding design image is included by default.
Possible or no?
