Using a different font

  • Hi. I am trying to write in Greek in some of my posts. It looks like I should stick with some of the “safe” fonts so I am using “symbol” instead of a special Greek font I have. It meets my needs. But I can’t get it to appear on my post.

    I am an amateur CSS editor, so all I knew to do was to open the style.css file in my WordPress theme, add “symbol” to all the lines that said “font family,” and upload it to replace the old file.

    when I open the post for editing in my control panel / admin section of my site it appears as the Greek (Symbol font) that I want. But when I go to the website it is normal English font.

    Any ideas?
