Issues with Ninja Form plugin

    I’m using latest version of upiCRM plugin (v 2.2.1.0) on my site, I’ve integrated it with latest version of ninja forms (v 3.3.5). Now, I’m facing following issues:

    1: I’ve configured both plugins in such a way that I receive one email through uriCRM plugin and another email (with same content) directly from ninja form plugin. The issue is, with the new update of upiCRM plugin, the email sent directly from ninja forms has a blank body. If i disable upiCRM plugin, the ninja form email works just fine. The older version of upiCRM had not this issue.

    2: When I change the email format to “Text” from “HTML”, the email received from upiCRM plugin has a lot of HTML code in text format. I expect to see only relevant fields text, not HTML code.

    3: In the upiCRM plugin, Time is being shown as “2018-06-20 09:24:59” – I’d like it to show as 09:24:59 am EST 06-20-2018. Is this plugin provides any specific filter to change this date format.

    4: I want to change “from” address of upiCRM plugin. I’m using godaddy hosting, so by default the “from” address is something like this “[email protected]”, I’ve tried changing it from “Email Notifications” page to “[email protected]” but when I receive the email from upiCRM plugin, it is still the same. Although, it changes the “from” address of email received via “ninja form” plugin.

    Please look into these issues and let me know how they can be fixed.

    Hi,
    1. we’ve had an issue with Ninja forms, just updated UPI in order to sovle it.
    please see if new version works for you.

    2. please show an example..?

    3. sorry, didn’t create time format / changes / filters… we simply use server time.

    4. we’ve have a lot of difficulties with this issue. the best solution we’ve found was to use a WP-SMTP plugin, either use your smtp account, or open a Gmail account and configure it as you require. when using a GMail account, you also have a storage / followup option as all emails are store under the “sent” items.
