Worse quality in tweets

Hello :).

From last update of plugin I have blur in my tweets and worse images quality :). What I have to repair this problem :)? Regenerate all thumbnails or change setting “Define specific size” in the plugin :)? I have now “560 x 750 px” in this setting. I tried also regenerate one thumbnail in latest post and then again put this tweet but still I have this problem with images :). Please help me :).
