Can’t create new user role

    Hi

    I have set up a new wordpress site and want to add new user roles. When I type the name and tick the boxes for the user roles I want available and click ‘create user’ it just devolves back to the name field and when I look at the user roles list just the defualt user titles are there. This is a brand new site with just Ultimate Member and MuseXpress installed so I can’t see there being a plugin conflict?

    what are you trying to name the user role?

    Hi @hipvosб

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Have you tried to use different role name? This can be caused by MuseXpress, please try to disable it and see if this helps.

    Thank you – it did seem to be a problem with MuseXpress. I disabled MuseXpress, created the roles I needed and then re-enabled MuseXpress. Thank you for your help ??
