Search Everything blocking out Everything

So I installed this plugin so that I could take pages out of my search.
I checked everything I wanted it to search for.
Then, in the first “Exclude some post or page IDs” section, I checked it and put 2 in the form, so that it would exclude page ID 2 from the search.
Now my searches don’t return anything at all.
I changed the search options back for now, but does anyone know how I can fix this and exclude pages from my search?
