registration successful but no otp.

    Namaste,

    I am using
    Wordpress 4.9.6
    Ultimate Member Version 2.0.17
    Email Verification / SMS verification / Mobile Verification Version 3.2.46

    Installed plugin, followed steps
    At Account activation, Got otp on Email, Not on the phone.
    Selected UM Form,

    I did not understand “DEFAULT POPUP” setting

    Make sure to have the following tags in the popup: {{JQUERY}}, {{GO_BACK_ACTION_CALL}}, {{FORM_ID}}, {{OTP_FIELD_NAME}}, {{REQUIRED_FIELDS}}, {{REQUIRED_FORMS_SCRIPTS}}

    Is it mandatory to add above in code ? Do I need to hire programmer ?

    After using register form, registration successful but no otp.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. The Default PopUp option that you are looking at allows you to customize the UI of the popup to your liking. You don’t need to hire a programmer for this and we can help you customize the popup for you.

    Before working on the Default popup we recommend that we look at the Ultimate Member Form issue first. If possible can you drop us an email at [email protected] so that we can take a closer look at this?
