Images/Ads Section

I complete the image’s <b>Title</b>, <b>Ddescription</b> and <b>Link URL</b> (https://pasteboard.co/HqsTvDm.png).

When I view the live page I not the URL of the img it seems like the link that you click on when hovering over the img goes to the <b>Image Description</b> field.

Is this my design? Can I tweak some of the code?
