No forms recognized

  • I have the plugin activated. Also linked to hubspot account.
    I’m trying to create a feed in a particular form. When I click create feed, there are no forms in the drop down Select Form even though there are forms on hubspot.

    Hey MTWK,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? Because commonly it comes down to the cache. We refresh the cache about every 15 minutes, I believe, but sometimes it lingers.

    One option to confirm is to clear out our cache, which you can do by deleting the forms file in wp-content/uploads/gf-hubspot
