    Through wordpress settings i have settings in F j, Y format.
    But,
    1. the “,” is not displayed in timeline
    2. How about if i want another display format for another language?

    You can easily change your timline date format in Cool Timeline Shortcode generator.
    This plugin supports F j Y Format.
    But current version of this plugin does not support F j, Y format.
    In our plugin pro version we have integrated Custom date format setting.
