Bar only shows 1st time someone visits the site

    First, thank you for this great plug-in. I tried several and this was the easiest to configure.

    I have a footer bar activated. Shouldn’t it show each time someone visits the site? Currently, it seems to only be showing the first time someone visits.

  • Hi @gardengrrl1992,

    The footer will hide when the user gives their consent and will remain hidden everytime they visit the website unless they clear all the cookies from their browser.
    If you wish to show the cookie bar even after the user has given consent, you can check yes for the Use Show Again tab? field from the Cookie law settings. This will show a small tab on the screen with a default text Privacy & Cookie Policy (which you can change). Upon clicking this tab the cookie bar will be shown again.
