Can’t select database

    Message on trying to access my web site or login.
    “Can’t select database
    We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the xxxxxers_wp7 database.

    Are you sure it exists?
    Does the user scambust_carre have permission to use the scambusters_wp587 database?
    On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_xxxxxxxs_wp7. Could that be the problem?
    If you don’t know how to set up a database you should contact your host.”

    This has happened after transferring to a new host.
    Can anyone help?

    Hi, what happens if you disable and re-enable the plugin? Do you still see the same message? If you do then try the following. Disable and delete the plugin and then install a fresh copy. Do you still see the same message?
